Common questions
Do I need sales experience?
No. It helps if you've sold before, whether that's car sales, insurance, recruiting, banking or retail, but it isn't required. Ryan started with no sales background at all. What matters most is being coachable and putting in the reps.
How long does the program take?
Usually 4 to 12 weeks, depending on your pace, natural ability and availability. Scheduling is flexible so it fits around what you've already got going on.
Do you actually help with placement?
Yes. That's the whole reason Top Tier Closers exists. From the second you join, you get the Top Tier Placement Software and can start applying for offers right away. Placement runs side by side with your training, with a placement team and interview prep behind you, and we keep working with you until you're placed.
Can I do this while working full-time?
Absolutely. The program is built for working people, with evening and weekend options. Plenty of our closers only make the switch once they're placed and confident on the phone.
Is this a get-rich-quick thing?
