These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, free trainings, programs and services provided by Top Tier Closers, operated by Tafreshi In Trust Inc. ("Top Tier Closers," "we," "us," or "our"), including toptierclosers.ca and its subdomains. By accessing our sites, booking a call, registering for a training or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You agree to use our sites for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with their operation or attempt to access them in an unauthorized way. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the sites at any time.

Registration, Bookings & Communications

When you register for a training, book a call, or request a resource, you agree to provide accurate information and to receive promotional and transactional emails and text messages from us, including event and appointment reminders, training alerts, and offers, sent by automated means at the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Purchases & Memberships

Paid programs are processed through our checkout provider (Whop). Prices, billing terms and what is included are shown at checkout or in the agreement presented to you at the time of purchase, and those terms form part of these Terms. Monthly memberships, such as Top Tier Closers 101, renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Access to programs is for your personal use and may not be shared.

Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The sales figures, income statements, and student results referenced on our sites and in our trainings are individual results and are not typical. We make no guarantee that you or anyone else will achieve similar results. The average person who buys any training or "how-to" information gets little to no results, especially without consistent effort and follow-through. Your results depend on many factors, including your background, experience, effort, and market conditions. Nothing on our sites is a promise or guarantee of income or earnings. All business and career decisions carry risk.

No Professional Advice

Our content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should conduct your own due diligence.

Our sites may link to or use third-party services (such as GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, Zoom, YouTube, Instagram and Whop). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tier Closers and Tafreshi In Trust Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites, trainings, programs, or information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Tier Closers, Tafreshi In Trust Inc., and Ramzi Tafreshi from any claims or losses arising out of your use of our sites or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

This site is not a part of the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Google websites. Additionally, this site is NOT endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC in any way.
