Is placement included?
Placement is part of the Training + Placement program and the Placement program. On a free strategy call we'll tell you which one fits where you are.
When do I start applying?
From the second you join. You get the Top Tier Placement Software on day one and can apply for offers right away. Placement works side by side with your training, so you're building the skill and applying at the same time, with our placement team behind you.
What if I don't get the first role I apply for?
That's normal, and it's why we have weekly placement coaching. We look at what happened, tighten things up, and keep going. We keep working with you until you're placed.
Do you guarantee how much I'll earn?
No. Closers are mostly paid on commission, so earnings depend on the offer, your calendar, and the work you put in. What we commit to is training you properly and working with you until you're placed.
What kind of roles can I get?
Closing, appointment setting and DM setting roles, all remote, across many industries. If you're newer, setting can be a great first seat while you build up to closing.
Can I do this while working full-time?
Yes. Most of our students train and apply around their current job, and many roles let you pick your own hours.
